Where Art and Coaching Meet ... The Power of Somatic Transformation.
My journey has had many twists and turns from corporate boardrooms, to the beauty and chaos of being a stay-at-home mom, health challenges, divorce, career changes and raising two brilliantly neurodivergent children. I embrace the richness, complexity and sovereignty of creating a beautifully unique life.
With a raging inner perfectionist and a fear of all things creative I picked up a paint brush and what started as an act of courage became a radical transformation - one that reconnected me to my creativity, my inner artist, my heart, my unique expression, self embodiment and the power of walking my own unique path. Now through coaching, somatic practices, art and inner exploration I empower others to access their innate wisdom and inner creativity. Bringing clarity, deep transformation and greater ease and joy into their lives.
When I'm not playing uber driver to my teens or soaking in the outdoors. You'll find me in some creative mess, painting, pondering life, and dropping into the magic of the moment.
